TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES

EMPOWERING ENTREPRENEURS

Wezesha Dada Center is dedicated to empowering women, investing in our communities, and bridging wealth gaps for women, BIPOC, and marginalized groups, including youth.

Empowering

Women Center

We envision a future where WDC is a trusted voice for BIPOC and disadvantaged communities, and where the diversity of wealth, leadership, and influence reflects the true makeup of our society.

We aim to include women and youth of all abilities, faiths, religions, languages, and sexual orientations, as well as women who have faced incarceration and other systemic barriers.

WDC is already transforming lives in Denver communities through our innovative programs. Our Empowering Youth program, based on evidence-based models like Girls Inc.’s Project Bold, teaches young women how to navigate unsafe situations, build confidence, and develop skills for long-term success.

We also collaborate with other organizations to expand opportunities for marginalized women and youth, such as our partnerships with the Aurora Economic Opportunity Center and Opportunity Now, which provide new Americans and asylum seekers the support they need to enter the workforce.
