Mission

Our mission is to empower women who identify as BIPOC, along with others who have faced systemic disadvantages, in Colorado and beyond. We strive to help these communities achieve economic prosperity by providing diverse economic development programming, facilitating community-building, promoting whole-person wellness, and fostering community investments.

Vision

We envision a future where WDC is recognized as a leading and trusted voice within BIPOC and systemically disadvantaged communities, as well as the community at large. Our goal is to create a world where wealth, leadership, and influence truly reflect the diversity of our society. We are committed to ensuring that women and youth of all abilities, faiths, religions, languages, sexual orientations, and backgrounds, including those who have faced incarceration, have the opportunity to lead and succeed.
